By the Decree of Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on December 29, 2015 the Journal is included in the List of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications, where important scientific results for thesis research for a doctor and post-graduate degrees.
