Рассматриваются вопросы формирования структуры базы данных управляющей информации (Management Information Base – MIB) для организации процесса управления сетью тактовой сетевой синхронизации с использованием протокола SNMP. Приводится обоснование необходимости разработки самостоятельных MIB-файлов для оборудования сети тактовой сетевой синхронизации, предлагаются иерархическая структура MIB и варианты реализации MIB для оборудования сети тактовой сетевой синхронизации.

Воздушная среда создает сопротивление движению железнодорожного поезда, величина которого при скорости более 20 км/ч существенно влияет на его тягово -энергетические характеристики . Пренебречь им уже не удается. Поэтому, управляя параметрами влияния, можно снизить затраты на перевозки. Установлены причинно-следственные связи аэродинамического сопротивления поезда, дающие возможность наметить пути его снижения.

Influence of the surrounding air on a train. N. A. Churkov, A. A. Bityutsky, V. A. Kruchek

The surrounding air is known to exert the resistance to the train movement. The value of the resistance in fluences considerably on the train traction and power characteristics if the train is moving at a speed exceeding 20 kms/h. In this case, it is necessary to take the air resistance into account, i. e. it must not be neglected. Therefore, by choosing the appropriate parameters of this infl uence it is possible to minimize expenditures on transportations. The given paper has stated the cause and effect relations of the train aerodynamic resistance. These relations make it possible to outline the ways of minimizing this resistance.

Представлены основные положения технологии и организации предоставления транспортных услуг при организации работы припортовых станций. Анализируется применение этих форм услуг на Октябрьской железной дороге . Детально рассмотрена организация движения блок -поездов при транспортировке контейнеров в МТП с припортовых ТЛТ . Приведены соответствующие технологические графики и аналитические выражения для расчета продолжительности элементов цикла существования состава контейнерного блок -поезда с целью последующей оптимизации на основе статистических исследований и обработки их результатов с использованием математических методов.

The use of advanced forms of transport services in organization of seaport railway station work. V. L. Belozerov, G. M. Groshev, V. I. Kovalyev, N. V. Klimova

Resulted from the analysis of the export-import multimodal transportation management of the seaport railway station work on the national and foreign rail-ways, the following advanced forms of railway transport services are de fi ned: organization of transportation from ports to large logistic terminals for cargo sorting and delivering in different directions; use of block-trains, delivering cargo of different exporters to one destination point – trade seaport, and back; use of freight trains, following steadfast schedule; selection of ship lots of coal, grain and other bulk cargo on the general use tracks of seaport railway stations.The article also presents the main technological and organizational provisions of these forms of railway transport services, and their implementation on the October railway. It focuses on the organization of container transportation by block-trains from seaport transport-logistic terminal to trade seaport. The appropriate technological graphics and analytic expressions are presented to calculate the duration of the elements of the container block-train existence cycle aimed at further optimization on the basis of statistical studies and their results processing by means of mathematical methods.

Внедрение новой аппаратуры нежелательно сразу на действующей сети , поскольку могут возникнуть различные проблемы, такие как несовместимость оборудования, увеличение коэффициента ошибок (BER ), фазовые дрожания (джиттер) и др. В международных транспортных коридорах, при переходе их из одной страны в другую, проектируются приграничные контейнерные терминалы , назначение которых состоит в том, чтобы преобразовывать грузопотоки контейнеров, поступающие из одной страны в другую. На таких терминалах бывает необходимость перегрузки контейнеров с железной дороги с шириной колеи 1435 мм железную дорогу с шириной колеи 1520 мм. Обсуждаются вопросы оптимального расположения контейнеров на площадке терминала, обеспечивающего минимальные простои ускоренных контейнерных поездов обеих железных дорог, взаимодействующих через посредство приграничного контейнерного терминала .

Optimization of Containers Arrangement at Border Terminals. S. Gombosed, O. B. Malikov

In the international transportation corridors at the points of their passing from one country to another there are designed border container terminals the purpose of which is to transform the cargo volume of containers arriving from one country to another. At such terminals it often becomes necessary to overload the containers from the 1435 mm gauge railway to the 1520 mm gauge railway. At present, discussions are under way concerning the optimum arrangement of containers at the terminal grounds which could provide the minimum idling time for the fast moving container trains of both railways interacting through the border container terminal

Показана необходимость корректировки современных методик для определения прочностных характеристик хрупких материалов при осевом сжатии из -за реализации в образце, в момент испытания объемного напряженного состояния, а не линейного. Приведенные результаты испытаний образцов с различным отношением высоты к поперечному размеру выявляют снижение « упрочняющего» эффекта по мере увеличения высоты образцов. Предлагается создать образец универсальной формы, при испытаниях которого условия контакта с опорными плитами пресса не влияли бы на его грузоподъемность. В образце такой формы должно реализовываться линейное напряженное состояние вплоть до разрушения материала. New approaches to standard testing for axial compression of brittle material samples. A. A. Mungin

This article indicates the necessity of adjusting modern methods aimed at determining strength characteristics of brittle materials under axial compression due to three-dimensional stress state, rather than a linear one, which appears in the sample the time of testing.It also presents the results of testing samples having different ratio of the height to cross dimension, which reveal strengthen effect to be the lower the higher the samples are. It is suggested to make a universal form sample which load capacity would be free of the influence of contact conditions with press supporting plates. Linear stress state is to be realized in the sample of such a form up to material rupture. Some possible variants of such samples are presented.

В ходе исследований детально проанализирована работа станции Санкт-Петербург-Сортировочный Московский ( ПСМ).Проведено исследование технологии использования путей станционных парков не по прямому назначению, разработана методика и выполнены расчеты по определению эксплуатационной и экономической эффективности этого способа применительно к типовым схемам сортировочных станций.Рассчитана экономия эксплуатационных расходов за счет сокращения простоев в ожидании приема и расформирования поездов при применении данного приема на двусторонних сортировочных станциях с последовательным и комбинированным расположением парков.Установлена эффективность оперативного использования не по прямому назначению парков различных сортировочных систем, применительно к типовой схеме двусторонней сортировочной станции с последовательным расположением парков.Выполнены расчёты и приведено обоснование экономической целесообразности выбора того или иного варианта работы с угловым вагонопотоком на примере сортировочной станции ПСМ.Установлено, что целесообразность применения различных вариантов работы с поездами с угловым вагонопотоком зависит не только от количества вагонов в составе и доли вагонов углового потока, но и от вида тяги.

Substantiation of efficiency of using the techniques and ways of organization of work with wagon flows at a sorting station. An.V. Sugorovsky

In the course of investigations the operation of the St. Petersburg - Sortirovochny Moskovsky station (PSM) has been analyzed in detail, namely: investigations have been carried out concerning the technology of the way of using the station yard tracks not on their direct purpose; the methods have been developed and calculations have been made for determining its operational and economical efficiency as applied to standard schemes of sorting stations. The saving of operation expenses owing to minimizing the idling time in waiting for the train reception and decoupling when using the given reception on double sided sorting stations with successive and combined arrangement of yards has been calculated. The efficiency of operational using of the yards of different sorting systems not on their direct purpose as applied to standard scheme of double-sided sorting station with the successive arrangement of yards has been established. As a result of the calculations made it was possible to substantiate the economical efficiency of selecting one or another variant of working with an angular car traffic volume as exemplified by the PSM sorting station. It has also been established that the efficiency of using different variants of working with trains with angular car traffic volume depends not only on the number of cars in the train and the share of cars of the angular traffic volume but on the kind of traction as well.

Estimate procedure of probability of timely freight delivery by railway transport. G. B. Titov

In the current context of transport development, elaboration of measures aimed at intensification of railway transport, increasing its operational efficiency and improvement of planning and management of transportation process is topical. In this regard the new, modern techniques, allowing to estimate reliability of temporary delivery of freights at planned time are necessary. In order to contribute to the safety of the cargo train traffi c the stress state of all block braked wheels have to be tested routinely. An ultrasonic technique was developed and different systems are in use to evaluate the stress state of the rim. The standard DIN EN 13262 describes the technique and the measuring procedure. The measuring principle is based on the acousto-elastic effect, which describes the change of the ultrasonic velocity as function of strain or stress. The relative difference of the times-of-flight of the two shear waves propagating the width of the rim and polarized perpendicular to each other is proportional to the difference of the principal stresses along the circumferential and the radial direction, respectively. The factor of proportionality is a material dependent value, most often abbreviated byk-value. The measuring principle has the advantage of easy to perform measurements and enables a robust ultrasonic measuring technique but it had the restriction that the rim had to be free of texture. The first part of the paper describes the physical basics and shows the significant change of the circumferential stress in rims after the application of different braking loads. The UER system versions developed by IZFP as well as the Russian version УКОН -01 are shown and described. The second part of the paper informs on the evaluation of the k-value and on a new approach to take the texture of new wheels into account. Using that approach the established systems can also been applied on new wheels with texture. Furthermore, it is suggested to discuss a new criterion to evaluate the measured stress state of braked wheels with regard to the risk of crack growth and wheel break.

Предложен силовой активный сглаживающий фильтр для тяговых подстанций постоянного тока, позволяющий полностью устранить пульсации выпрямленного напряжения. Он реализован на базе силового интеллектуа льного модуля с микроконтроллерным управлением при использовании методов цифровой обработки сигналов. Данное техническое решение является гибким и эффективным и позволяет выполнить оптимальную фильтрацию выпрямленного напряжения.

Smoothing Device of Direct Current Traction Sub-stations Based on the Active Power Filter. A. V. Agunov

The author proposes the active power smoothing filter for D.C. traction substations, which makes it possible to completely eliminate the rectified voltage ripples. The filter has been realized on the basis of intellectual power module with microcontroller operation using the techniques of digital signal processing. The proposed engineering solution is flexible and effective and makes it possible to perform the optimum rectified voltage filtration.

Рассмотрены основные этапы формирования структуры адаптивной системы управления содержанием специальной подготовки и электротехнических тренажёров военно -морских инженеров -электриков (выпускников Военного учебно -научного центра Военно-морской академии – ВУНЦ ВМФ ( ВМА)). Для описания функционирования ряда блоков системы дополнительно предложен автомат Мили. Связи между элементами разработанной адаптивной системы описаны с помощью передаточных функций. Используя полученное характеристическое уравнение, можно построить кривую переходного процесса контура регулирования адаптивной системы и оценить качество переходных процессов (при этом необходимо рассчитать значения величин постоянных времени и коэффициентов, указанных передаточных функций).

Characteristic equation of adaptive control system for special training content and electric engineering simulators for electrical engineers. S. N. Berezin, P. E. Valivach, V. G. Grachyev

The article deals with the main stages of formation of the structure of the adaptive system for control of the content of special training and electric simulators for marine electrical engineers (graduates of the Military Education-and-Research Center Naval Academy). To describe operational activity of some system units Mealy machine is proposed. Links between the elements of the developed adaptive system are described by means of transfer functions. Using the obtained characteristic equation it is possible to develop a curve of the transient process of the adaptive system control loop and to evaluate transient processes’ quality (in this case values of time constants and coefficients of the said transfer functions are to be calculated).

Предложена формализованная схема (ФС) электронного документооборота технической документации ( ЭДТД) систем железнодорожной автоматики и телемеханики (СЖАТ) как сложной системы массового обслуживания (ССМО). ФС включает описание внешней среды в виде модели потока заявок – комплектов технических документов (ТД), систем и процессов обслуживания (обработки) заявок, формализуемых на языке параллельных логических схем алгоритмов (ПЛСА ). ФС обеспечивает естественный переходк синтезу имитационной модели (ИМ) ЭДТД и в значительной мере определяет ее адекватность .

Рассматриваются закономерности распространения колебаний грунтов железнодорожного земляного полотна, опирающегося на торфяные грунты. На основе многочисленных экспериментов, проведенных авторами статьи , получены количественные данные вибродинамического воздействия, передающегося телу земляного полотна и торфяному основанию . Изучен характер колебательного процесса грунтов насыпи и основания, получены зависимости затухания колебаний по глубине и в поперечном оси пути направлении. По данным экспериментальных исследований получена аналитическая зависимость для расчета амплитуд колебаний в любой точке земляного полотна, опирающегося на торфяное основание.

Specific features of oscillating process of subgrade soils based on the peat foundation under train traffic. A. F. Kolos, D. V. Kryukovskiy

This article describes propagation regularities of oscillation of railway subgrade soils rested on peat soils. Numerous experiments resulted in obtaining quantitative data of vibrodynamic impact on the subgrade and peat foundation of the railway track. The article also presents the results of the study of subgrade and peat foundation oscillation process character, oscillation damping regularities depending on the depth and across the track center line. Follow up experimental study the analytical regularity was found to calculate oscillation magnitude at any point of the subgrade based on the peat foundation.

Обобщены результаты теоретического исследования движения газовых струй внутри насадка - гомогенизатора на газовую форсунку двигателя внутреннего сгорания. Приведены величины градиента, дивергенции и ротора потока газовых струй в камере сгорания двигателя. Разработана программа, позволяющая дать характеристику вихревой составляющей потока газовых струй в любой точке камеры сгорания двигателя при установке насадка-гомогенизатора на газовую форсунку.

Количество переключений гидроаппаратов в многоциркуляционной гидропередаче тепловоза напрямую влияет на эксплуатационные показатели. Качество процессов переключения зависитот выбора параметров времени наполнения и опорожнения. Представлены результаты экспериментальных исследований гидротрансформатора и гидромуфты, зависимости изменения относительной мощности в период переключения ГА и конструктивные решения системы автоматического управления гидропередачи. Реализация предлагаемых конструктивных изменений системыавтоматического управления гидропередачей позволит повысить КПД гидравлической передачи тепловоза и надежность САУ гидропередачей.

The number of switching the hydraulic devices in multi-circular hydro-transmission of a shunting locomotivedirectly infl uences on the operational factors. The quality of switching processes depends on the selectionof time parameters of fi lling and emptying. The authors present the results of the experimental investigations of a hydro-transformer and a hydraulic clutch as well as thedependence of changing the relative power in the period of hydro-devices change-over including the structuralsolutions of automatic hydro-transmission control. Implementation of the proposed structural changes of theautomatic control system of hydraulic transmission will improve the effi ciency of the diesel locomotive hydraulictransmission and the reliability of the automatic control system of hydro-transmission.

Одним из основных методов снижения вибрации в источнике его образования является виброизоляция путем установки упругих профилей на основе полиуретана. Для расчета оптимальныхпараметров данных вкладышей с помощью программного комплекса Autodesk Robot создана математическая модель. Модель построена из объемных конечных элементов и максимальноприближена к реальному объекту. В модели задаются динамические и статические нагрузки, действующие на путь, и производится расчет. Разработанная математическая модель позволяетотслеживать динамическое воздействие колеса трамвая и степень демпфирования упругих материалов, окружающих рельс.

Calculation of tram superstructure with elastic profiles installation. N. V. Romanovskaya, V. V. Svitin

One of the main methods of reducing vibration at the source its formation is the vibration isolation by setting the elastic profiles based on polyurethane.To calculate the optimal parameters of the inserts data a mathematical model using the software packageAutodesk Robot is developed. The model was constructed out of volume finite elements and as realisticas possible. The model includes dynamic and static loads on the track, and, calculation. Developed mathematical model allows to monitor the dynamiceffect of the tram wheel on the track and the degree of damping of the elastic material surrounding the rail.

Анализируются свойства кодов Бергера и Хэмминга, применяемых при синтезе схем функционального контроля. Рассматриваются свойства данных кодов в случае искажений в информационных разрядах при безошибочности контрольных разрядов. Приводится метод построенияразделимых кодов в виде таблиц, характеризующих соответствие информационных векторов контрольным. На его основании найдены и обоснованы формулы расчета числа необнаруживаемых ошибок в информационных разрядах кодов Бергера и Хэмминга. Введено два критерияоценки качества кодов в схемах функционального контроля: обнаруживающая способность икоэффициент эффективности кода. Коды Бергера и Хэмминга сравниваются по способности к обнаружению искажений в информационных векторах и эффективности в виде каталога свойствдля кодов с длинами информационных векторов m ? 31. Приводятся графики изменения обнаруживающей способности и эффективности кодов Бергера и Хэмминга при увеличении длиныинформационного вектора. Показано, что с увеличением числа информационных разрядов доля необнаруживаемых ошибок в обоих классах кодов уменьшается и при m > ? стремится к нулю.Сформулирована теорема об оптимальном коде для обнаружения ошибок в информационных векторах и установлен ряд новых свойств кодов Хэмминга и Бергера при различных соотношенияхмежду длинами информационных векторов рассматриваемых кодов.

Application of Berger & Hamming Codes in Concurrent Error Detection Circuits. Val.V. Sapozhnikov, Vl. V. Sapozhnikov, D. V. Efanov, A. A. Blyudov

The authors analyze the Berger & Hamming codes properties having the application to the synthesis ofconcurrent error detection circuit and consider the properties of the given codes in case of distortionsin data bits with the accurateness of check bits and present the method of building up the separable codesin the form of tables, that are used in the synthesis of data vectors, characterizing the compliance with the check ones. On the base of this method it has been possible to fi nd and substantiate the formulas for calculating the number of undetectable errors indata bits of Berger & Hamming codes. Two criteria for evaluating the codes quality in concurrent errordetection circuits been introduced: detection ability and a code efficiency factor. The Berger & Hammingcodes are compared in their ability of detecting distortions in data vectors and the efficiency in the formof a catalogue of properties for codes having the lengths of data vectors m?31. The authors presentthe graphs of dependences of changing the detecting ability and efficiency of Berger & Hamming codeson increasing the data vector length. It is shown that with the increasing number of data bits the share of undetectable errors in both classes of codes is decreasingand at m?31 is striving to zero. For Berger codes the share of undetectable errors of the givenmultiplicity from the total number of errors of the given multiplicity is a constant value for any length of data vector. The authors have formulated the theoremon the optimum code for detecting errors in data vectors and determined a number of new properties of Berger & Hamming codes for different ratios between the data vectors of the considered codes

Предложены пути обнаружения геоэкозащитных свойств минеральных веществ, которые позволяют им участвовать в детоксикации литосферы в виде минеральных геоантидотов. Прослеживаются параметры, при соблюдении которых возможно проявление детоксикационных свойств от ионов тяжелых металлов при загрязнении литосферы, в том числе и на транспорте.

Рассматривается задача о накоплении и стекании конденсата на внутренних поверхностях (далее – поверхностях конденсации) отрезка наклонной цилиндрической трубы с плоской заглушкойна верхнем торце. Температура насыщенного пара в полости трубы считается постоянной. Распределение температур по поверхностям конденсации считается заданным. Течение конденсатасчитается ламинарным и происходит только под действием силы тяжести. Передача теплоты отпара к стенке обусловлена только молекулярной теплопроводностью конденсата.Разыскивается функция распределения толщин конденсата по внутренним поверхностям конденсатора, позволяющая оценить коэффициент теплоотдачи при конденсации пара.Предложены и реализованы два алгоритма численного решения задачи. Сравнение результатов их применения позволяет контролировать погрешность алгоритмов. Для случая постоянных температур вдоль поверхности конденсации предложено точное аналитическое решение задачи.

The approximate method of heat-transfer coefficient calculation at vapor condensation on the internal surface of the inclined cylindrical capacitor. L. M. Yufereva

This article deals with the problem of condensate accumulation and drippage along internal surfaces(hereafter referred to as condensing surface) of inclined cylindrical pipe with a fl at cover at the top faceend. The temperature of saturated vapor in a pipe cavity is considered to be constant. Temperature distributionalong condensation surfaces is considered to be predetermined. Condensate flow is consideredto be laminar and occurs only by gravity. Heat transfer from vapor to wall is caused only by condensatemolecular heat conductivity. The function of condensate thickness distribution on internal condenser surfaces is searched. This functionallows to estimate heat transfer coefficient. Two algorithms of numerical solution of the problemare offered and implemented. The comparison of implementation results makes it possible to control their error.For the case of constant temperatures along condensation surface the exact analytical decision of the problem is offered.

Ставится вопрос о роли неологизмов в процессе изучения английского языка, об их влиянии на методику преподавания английского как иностранного.Отмечается сложность понятия «неологизм» и отсутствие единого общепризнанного подхода. Анализируется опыт описания новых слов в российском языкознании.Выделяются три вида неологизмов: собственно неологизмы, трансноминации, семантические инновации.На основе материала электронных словарей рассматриваются неологизмы лексики современного английского языка. Представлена выборка новых слов, возникших в языке в последнее время, дается их характеристика с учетом сфер появления и употребления неологизмов.

The Role of Neologisms in English Language Learning. P. A. Polukhina

At present the English language is going through a real neological boom. The article states the questionconcerning the role of neologisms in English language learning and their influence on the methodology ofteaching English as a foreign language. The author emphasizes the complexity of the concept «neo logism»and the lack of a single universally accepted approach and presents the analysis of the experience of describingnew words in Russian linguistics. There are distinguished three types of neologisms:proper neologisms, transnominations and semantic innovations. Today’s English neologisms are viewed on the basisof the materials of electronic (Internet) dictionaries. The author presents a number of new words that have recentlyappeared in the language characterizing them with the account of the sphere of their appearance and usage.
